Vintage Pillage

Remember my whining about "not having anything to wear"? Once again, vintage shopping came to the rescue ... and saved the day. This vintage Louis Féraud dress is one of the gems I brought back from my latest pillaging in Gvant.

(dress: vintage Louis Féraud / faux fur, booties, clutch, cuff bracelet: ASOS / nude tights: Fascino)

I went to Zara fashion show in the great company of some fellow bloggers yesterday. I like Zara (especially their current stuff, what with all the colours and prints), but shit is getting expensive. This yellow jacket (that looks like Pacman here :D) is the main object of my affection:

Added value: fooling around after the show with my gorgeous and stylish blogger friends Irena (Running in my Heels) and Nina (Kitchy World in Bitchy Words). Photos by Irena (except for the ones she's on, obviously).

You guys look seriously badass. I would not eff with you. And what's this nonsense about not knowing what to wear?! You've managed to look perfectly inspirational in this post, and I don't believe for a second that this is the only ensemble you have that fits that description.

When I'm in a rut, I go thrifting and I look for new combinations to wear in my closet. Not as fun as an all-out shopping spree, but much more cost effective.
